This spacious property sits up high on the corner of Strand and McCarthy with TWO sandy beach access points just steps from the home. You can also bring your toys, there is plenty of extra parking on this oversized lot. Sunset bonfires are permitted on the beach (time for S'mores!) and you only have to walk out the door onto the sand to find your special spot. You will have the entire beach as your own backyard playground. There is plenty of room for your families to sprawl out in this 1901 sqft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, perfect for entertaining inside and out. Strandcastle @ McCarthy Beach House, amidst the popular Oceano Dunes, offers a unique driving beach experience with easy access to 5 1/2 miles of shoreline. Enjoy a driving beach, off-roading in Oceano Dunes, surfing, walking/running, horseback riding, tons of outdoor activities, and proximity to dining, shopping, and medical facilities. The house comfortably sleeps 11, has recently been renovated with a Cali beach vibe, and offers tons of amenities like a keurig, washer/dryer, plush towels, comfortable beds/bedding and bath amenities. When utilizing the Solo fire pit, use only wood; refrain from adding any other substances like water or sand, as the Solo fire pit will naturally burn out. Instructions for the Solo fire pit are provided in laminated form. To maintain the Solo Fire Pit, avoid using a metal rake or any other metal object to move wood around. ***PETS*** If you brought your furry family members, please do NOT use white bath towels for them at any time. There are old colored beach towels on the wicker shelf in the garage that you may use to wipe them off. And we do appreciate you keeping them clean for the inside.:)
