Sunset bonfires are permitted on the beach (time for S'mores!) and you only have to walk out the door onto the sand to find your special spot. You will have the entire beach as your backyard playground. It's so stunning, it's ridiculous! There is plenty of room for your families to sprawl out with 2 living rooms, multiple indoor/outdoor dining areas, a fabulous rooftop terrace, a gourmet kitchen, a wet bar, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Every bed features luxurious new Purple Mattresses, and the Cal King is Tempurpedic. But that's not it, this home is also thoughtfully equipped with a Tesla charger! Strandcastle Beach House 2.0, amidst the popular Oceano Dunes, offers a unique driving beach experience with easy access to 5 1/2 miles of shoreline. Enjoy a driving beach, off-roading in Oceano Dunes, surfing, walking/running, horseback riding, tons of outdoor activities, and proximity to dining, shopping, and medical facilities. ***DUE TO ALLERGIES, THIS HOME CANNOT HOST PETS*** For your safety and enjoyment, there is a contained Solo Stove with seating for 'easy clean-up' beach fires. Please note that a fine of $1,000 will be imposed for open bonfires within 60 feet of the home. SOLO STOVE for your outdoor fire pit: * The Solo Stove demands minimal maintenance, yet it is crucial for guests to adhere strictly to usage instructions. * Please refrain from using water or metal utensils in the Solo Stove at any point. * Allow the fire to naturally burn out until it transforms into ashes, ensuring easy disposal. *If it starts to rain or you think it may rain, please ensure Solo Stove is covered.:) Indoor furniture, such as kitchen chairs, should not be moved outdoors; they are meant to remain inside the house. For additional outdoor seating, please use the designated beach chairs conveniently located in the garage. *Please do not take the chairs down to the beach.* QUIET HOURS: We kindly request adherence to quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
