MAIN FLOOR - 2 bedrooms ~ one with 2 bunk beds (3 twins, one full) and one Queen bedroom - Bathroom - Gourmet Kitchen with all you will need to make fabulous meals for your beachside dining ~ no reservations needed! - Large living room that walks out to a beachfront patio ~ cable television, games, books, and more to keep the little ones occupied when you aren't at the beach! - Breakfast nook dining table - Eat-in island with seating - Full dining room that walks out to an outdoor dining space with BBQ grill and beach toys! Don't forget to have the kiddos build a Strandcastle and send us pics! Strandcastle Beach House, amidst the popular Oceano Dunes, offers a unique driving beach experience with easy access to 5 1/2 miles of shoreline. This area is among the most popular and unique of California State Parks. The 5 1/2 miles of beach open for vehicle use and the dunes available for off-highway motor vehicle recreation are attractions for visitors from throughout the United States. Oceano Dunes is the only California State Park where vehicles may be driven on the beach. Four-wheel drive / all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driving on the beach . Beach wheelchairs are available for loan at the Pier and Grand Avenue entrance to the beach. Surfing, swimming, surf fishing, horseback riding, and bird watching are popular activities. Just a few miles up the coast you'll find more activities like kayaking, cycling, wakeboarding, board walking, wine tasting and so much more! Also close to restaurants, shopping, and medical attention. ***DUE TO ALLERGIES THIS HOME CANNOT HOST PETS *** ***Parking and Firewood*** We can only accommodate 2 cars parked in the garage. We will be fined for any violations and the HOA is super strict about it, so please adhere to this parking rule. BUT, there are options for additional cars if needed.:) There is street parking on the side streets, and an option to pay $20 a night for the dirt lot right across the street. The owner of the dirt lot also sells firewood at any time. It's super convenient! Firewood is also sold in almost all of the stores in the area as well.
