The place was just off the beach and you can see waves breaking from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in. As this was a mini family reunion, we had 4 cars at the house with people coming from different areas.
The extra parking was perfect as parking can be difficult in the area. Although we don’t often need a place this size, it was a good value based on the number of people it can accommodate.

We spent the weekend on the central coast for a family wedding. Mauri’s place was perfect for our family. The grandkids had a great time being right on the beach. The wedding party had fun gathering for brunch and we had a great time just staying in a beautiful home .Thank youMauri 😀 It was an amazing time. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Mauri’s place is amazing! The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach in less than one minute. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset right from the balcony. The view of ocean from the windows is a great plus!
The house was clean, spacious and we loved the warm throws everywhere! Kids room with 2 beds was a big hit for our kids!
The backyard was great, we enjoyed s’mores on the solo stove!
Mauri’s communication was excellent and we appreciate how quick and effective she was at fixing a tiny issue!
We would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be back!

Mauri's place was perfect for our whole family to relax & enjoy some down-time. The home was large enough to give all of us space to enjoy and I loved the fact there were enough beds for all of us (4 bedrooms is a rare find). The kitchen supplied everything you need and had a large pantry for the food & supplies we brought with us. The beach house theme was tied together so nicely throughout the house so it was a wonderful “escape “. We love that it is welcomed our little pup and that the beach access was literally across the street from this house. The fire pit was great to gather around in the evening. We would love to come again and will recommend it to our family & friends.

This getaway is perfectly nestled with direct access to the beach with a small private section. Very family friendly with the house stocked with full kitchen amenities, has high chair for toddler, and plenty of space throughout the house. Beautiful views of the ocean at all three levels to watch the sunrise to sunset. Fire pit is easy to use and the house is stocked with usable items like: several beach chairs, several boogie boards, sand toys, and plenty of blankets. Felt like a resort with a being at home vibes.

Mauris house was very clean, easy to find with her very clear instructions, and very well located. It was perfect for our group! She even provided age appropriate toys for my 3 year old niece! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, cozy home and it’s clear management goes above and beyond making sure it’s comfortable. Thing to do are, seashell collecting, playing in the sand, magical fires at night and splashing in the water. During our 3 night stay we walked a short distance to the beach multiple times a day, drove on the beach, took a tour of Avila Lighthouse (sounded boring but was anything but boring/you can book reservations online), ate at the end of Port San Luis Pier which is near Avila, went to Dinosaur Park and hiked down a steep staircase on the south side of the park to a nice semi private beach, bought cinnamon rolls in Pismo, cooked, played games, golfed (not me). After each adventure it was a joy returning “home” to watch waves sparkle in the afternoon sun while sitting on a cozy couch. A magical stay making memories with my grandkids-exactly what I hoped for.

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient

The best beach house I’ve ever stayed, a home where positive energy and peacefulness are felt, you feel the morning sun with the sea breeze and the excitement of the people playing by the shore. Feels like a retreat house for me, I was able to recharge myself. Thank you Mauri.

We had a luxurious stay at Mauri’s place. It was 3 families staying together (11 people total, aged 5-80) and this place met all of our needs. The view, steps from the water, the sound of the waves…this place has it all. We even saw dolphins from our view while in the dining room! Everyday we took walks along the beach. Mauri had great recommendations for us and was very helpful, responsive. The house included games, cards, etc that the kids liked as well as beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. The house more than accommodated us by providing enough room for everyone to space out and relax while others braved the waves. Thank you Mauri for your hospitality! We hope to be back soon!
