First time we ever get an ocean front stay! It was a wonderful surprise for the kids. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. His parents, sister and brother law joined us. It was so nice to be able to stay together under the same roof. There was so much to do. I wished we could have stayed one more night. The house has a large garage that easy fits two cars or you can bring your own ATVs and store them while sightseeing. Pismo beach was a great time. Mauri is a great host. She has so many things at her home you really don’t need to bring anything else from your own kitchen, except your own food. She had toys and books for little kids, that was too adorable. Felt very comfortable and welcomed. Thank you.

We loved staying here. The whole house, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The easy access to the beach was priceless with the kids. The whole family enjoyed the stay here.

We had a luxurious stay at Mauri’s place. It was 3 families staying together (11 people total, aged 5-80) and this place met all of our needs. The view, steps from the water, the sound of the waves…this place has it all. We even saw dolphins from our view while in the dining room! Everyday we took walks along the beach. Mauri had great recommendations for us and was very helpful, responsive. The house included games, cards, etc that the kids liked as well as beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. The house more than accommodated us by providing enough room for everyone to space out and relax while others braved the waves. Thank you Mauri for your hospitality! We hope to be back soon!

House was beautiful, spent 4th of July there and we could see the show from the front seat of the house. House had everything for kids of all ages and the views were amazing. Mauri was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Would def stay here again!

We had a great stay at this beach house in Oceano! The location is perfect—just a block from the beach and right down the street from several restaurants. My daughters absolutely loved their time here, especially the wraparound balcony, which quickly became a favorite spot for all of us.
The house was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, with everything in good order. There was plenty of parking space—enough for three vehicles within the property, which was super convenient.
The host was fantastic with communication, answering all my questions promptly and even checking in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.
Overall, this was a relaxing and memorable getaway for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

Mauri was a great host. Very responsive and was able to accommodate all my requests and I love that she consistently communicated to ensure I had a smooth check in and check out. We loved the location, it was perfect for my family to relax, kids to play right on the beach, have fun on the dunes, shops were walking distance, we appreciate the local recommendations and tried a few spots. My family absolutely love this place, as my sister has booked is in the past and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Mauri was outstanding in every way. She went extra miles to allow us to check in early and responded very quickly. The house was beautiful and super clean. Would recommend booking with her when visting Pismo.

The place was everything we imagined it to be. The comfortable and well kept furniture made it feel like home. That and the beautiful beachfront view made for such a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We had the BEST week at Strandcastle 2.0! We booked the house to celebrate our son’s 8th grade graduation and it could not have been a more perfect place for the occasion. The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious — it easily accommodated our large group with room to spare.
Family members stayed with us throughout the week and others came to visit, and everyone commented on how comfortable and well-appointed the home was. The views are amazing, and everything we needed was right there. It truly felt like a special home away from home, and it made this milestone celebration even more memorable.
We can’t thank the hosts enough. The communication was great and the entire experience was seamless. We’re already hoping to come back!
